Mark didn't waste his time in the UK, many of you will remember Richie Wermerling from  i94's incarnation as Bottlefly. Richie was previously lead singer songwriter for the 90's rock pop outfit Let Loose and Mark spent much of the Festive break co producing Richie's Let Loose (2009) album to be released shortly entitled Paint it in Gold. i-94 played at Music on the Green

I-94 songs Go Back In Time and Somewhere Else have been selected for the LA Music Awards November 2007.The category is best group with vocal, best song, best album.We will keep you posted on progress and info.

It's been great to be back out gigging again after spending so long in the studios working on Control and putting the final touches to the new Bottlefly release.Keep an eye out on here and myspace for future gig news.

I-94 Finalist in International Songwriters Completion.

Somewhere Else made it into the finals of the International Songwriting Competition under the AAA Category. There is a people's choice award on top of the regular competition

We are in the studio right now recording our new album Control.We're really excited about these new songs.We're recording drums and bass at Angelo's studio and vocals, guitar and keyboards at Mark's studio.This album is packed full of strong songs and we are at the stage of putting the final guitars and vocals on the tracks. Thanks to Lisa for the following bit of info," I'm a big fan of MTV's reality show, The Gauntlet - Real World Road Rules.They often play snippets of songs in the background. Watching an episode a few weeks ago I got all excited when I recognized the guitar intro to Dead Money Hand. They only played a bit of it but I was excited for the guys to get some airtime " and a great one liner from angellove91972 describing the recent gig at the Galaxy "The show was a thrill ride for the heart, mind and soul!! "

Hello everybody! It's Danny here to welcome you all into the New Year on behalf of myself and the wonderful boys from i-94. We also have a show to tell you about at the end of this month and more in the pipeline. But what's really got the band excited is the brand spanking new i-94 competition....... Yes folks it's a mind-boggling never-been-done-before in the history of history huge giant massive extravaganza giveaway bonanza!!......And if you play ya cards right you could be the lucky winner!! Now before I forget in the midst of all this euphoria I must tell you all about a hot show we are playing at Molly Malones on Friday 24th of February on stage at 9.45pm sharp (well perhaps a little blunt). And before anybody thinks "Is that the only venue in town that i-94 is able to play?" Please let me reply by saying "yes" but we are not about to admit that to anyone, particularly not our most cherished supporters like you guys. Oops! What makes this show so hot is (and some of you already saw this on the news of course) that Donald Trump has (in a very aggressive bidding war) purchased the majority shareholdings in Molly Malones stock. As a result, over the Xmas period and I quote from Herbie Quagon editor of "10 most lavish resort and casinos in the country magazine..."Mr. Trump has turned Molly Malones into the 11th of the 10 most lavish resorts and casinos in the country!"....(end quote) So ya can't say fairer than that, can ya? Mollys now boasts the finest golf course this side of Victorville and with a choice of Eight dance floors, Seven ski slopes, Six geese a laying, 5 four star restaurants, 4 five star restaurants and 1 one star restaurant...There's plenty of eating and skiing for the whole family! It also boasts the only Peruvian Puffer Fish aquatic museum in the western hemisphere. Now the problem is by Feb. 24th they won't have built the giant puffer fish tanks and puffer fish do get into quite a frenzy at the sight of human hair. So, those of you who are entirely bald and can hold your breath for an extraordinarily long time, this aquatic museum is a must! For the rest of you guys, unless you would enjoy a very painful haircut while drowning at the same time, this aquatic museum is a must not! And so thats the gig info done! And now for the GIANTLY MASSIVE, HUGELY BIG, MASSIVELY GIANT, BIGGLY HUGE competition! The first person (and we mean the first person) that comes to our gig at Molly Malone?is accompanied by none other than Lynda Carter (yes...! She who won Miss World and starred in the fantastic show Wonder Woman) wins the grand prize! Now before you all rush to the phone to give Lynda Carter the great news (~cos lets face it, she could probably use a good night out...the poor cow!), some of you may have mastered the art of human cloning! Dont think for a second we will be fooled by half a dozen of you all showing up with Lynda Carters! That small black box in front of Matt (our guitarist) is not in fact a guitar tuner, but it is in fact a DNA testing kit. (Just in case, while on tour, any band member gets into any intimate situations with an unidentifiable humanoid!) Anyway we don't want to play a show to a room full of Wonder Women! But those of you who do clone, we wouldnt mind playing a show to a room full of Wonder Gerbils!!!(Nudge-nudge. Wink-wink!) The first prize is.......................a small boiled carrot signed by any two members of i-94 of the winners choosing, but only if the two members who didn't sign the carrot receive by way of compensation a small boiled carrot from the first prize winner, signed by the other two members of i-94! ( That's music business lawyers for ya!!) Second prize is a no expenses paid stay for ONE at the swanky Greyhound bus station in...........Bakersfield! (CONGRATULATIONS!!!!) The third prize is our new acoustic cd entitled "Constantly Nervous" Anyway good luck to you all! Shits and giggles aside we do love you guys and appreciate all your love and support and having said that now sod off!!! No, seriously, we really will run a cool competition shortly. You guys deserve it and we barely deserve you. So sorry for the overlong message (but it was fun for me!) Hope to see you all at Molly Malones (Fri. Feb. 24th@9.45pm!) Hey there i-94 peeps! Just a quick reminder about Saturday's show. We're on stage at 9PM SHARP!! Some of you may have had different info regarding the start time, but I am assured that this is now definitely correct! Lateness will not of course be tolerated, unless you have a note from your parents that is!!
